As I mentioned earlier, i am in a SAL with PR. I am almost done with part 3. Since I stitch in hand, I can bead as I go. I just need to bead part 3 before the end of the month - or at least before I start the next part.
In the mean time, what should I work on? I have so much in my stash I could work on. I need to go through it today and play with it all! haha I'm sure I will come up with something.
I posted on World RR to see if anyone would be interest in doing a UFO RR. I have had a couple of bites, but I would like to see a couple more. I was thinking of starting Jan 2013 or Feb.
Well, wish me luck in finding something that will inspire me to stitch!
Happy Stitching!

I am really bad about writing about stitching when, I haven't been stitching too much. However, lately I have been doing some major stitching! Yah! I have afinished stitching a Precious Moments pic for my oldest, all finished except the dreaded outline, YUCK! I am so close to finishing LIzzie*Kate's FLip-it Merry Christmas, by the letter. I am so pumped up to finish this.
I have discovered that listening to a book on tape and stitching has been wonderful for me!
I miss interacting with my stitching friends on the net. I am hoping to start a UFO RR next year.
I have never mastered the art of posting pics on the internet, except Facebook - well, one of these days! lol
All my kids are getting older, Patricia, 18, Trent, 14, Hannah, 11, James, 9, Lydia, 6, Daniel, 5 and Zoe 4! We have also moved from one beach community to another - I think we like Orange Beach , Alabama much better.
My parents are getting older and My husband and I are taking on more responsibility with the family jewelry store. My dad is turning over the "reins" to my brother and I officially next week. Nervous and scared all at the same time!
If anyone is out there reading this, give me a shout-out! I would love to hear from you all!

Pictures!
Well, I won the battle between me and my camera. We got our family computer back from the repair shop, so i was able to upload tons of pictures from my camera.
Yeah!!!!
(However, the war is not over, I still need a cord to upload to my laptop. I will not be defeated!)
The first pic is of the exchange I did on HoE. I stitched this for Lisa. She has received this so I know I can post this pic. I have never finished an ornament this way. I kinda' liked it.
(Side note to self: work on finishing of cording. It was heck!)
The second pic was what I finished and the goodies I sent to Kathy.
I love looking at her blog, especially when she blogs about her dog, Rory. Her dog is beautiful! He is a show dog. (One of the million and one hobbies(lifestyles) I would love to do.)
Now on to what I received!
The third pic is of this beautiful box I received from Michelle.
This is stitched over 40ct! (I can do 36 but only in really good light and a little at a time.)
More pics to come soon!

Tuesday Tidbits
Found out last night my 16yo daughter is going to U of San Diego this summer for a NJrROTC program. She will be in the classroom with other NJrROTC students across the country learning more math, science and engineering stuff. We are so proud of her! She was one of three selected to go from her school. All expense paid trip has made the decision a "yes" from us. Plus this will be her first plane ride. She is really happy. I love my daughter!

It's Monday
Monday is here and I am still not recovered from my trip to Birmingham. I am tired. However, the house still needs to be cleaned, the kids need to be fed and I have a ton of laundry do to. Yes, a whole ton.
You know how people always use that statement when they have laundry to do? Well, don't believe them. Unless they have 9 in their family, or more, than they have it light!
It has finally turned cold here. Cold here is 40-50 F. Yes, I am in sweatpants this morning. The kids were cold this morning, their toes were even colder. My backside always gets the coldest. Well, um...that might be too much info...
Anyway, have a great Monday!
ps I can't download pic until I find my camera cord, which I have not seen in about, well...I don't know how long. UGH! I will win this battle though..the battle between me and the camera. Wish me luck!

Day 2 in Birmingham
I have had a very long day! Dropped the kids off for band practice, I then headed to the Galleria mall. I miss shopping in a mall. We had an outlet close to where I live, they don't have everything. bought a couple of small Christmas presents. Drove around Birmingham to Historic Highland Park area. Found a wonderful little park and read a book for two hours! It was pure heaven! I took pictures of some neat things I saw on my drive. I will post those as soon as I get home. Tomorrow is another long day if not longer! I am driving home tomorrow!
